Cheese please.

 

I love all kinds of cheese especially  melted on toast.  This week I will be experimenting with pork, ham, and pickle sandwiches held together with swiss cheese also known as Cuban sandwiches.  When Fidel Castro stayed at the Hotel Theresa in Harlem, he brought live chickens with him.  I guess he thought the  people of Harlem did not have any food.   If he wanted to spread his Marxist message, he should have brought some Cubano sandwiches, or some Moros and Christianos or some Ropa Vieja.  Harlem already had plenty of chickens and ares were already butchered and plucked as well as roasted, barbequed or fried
